Bring your sewing machine (if you have one) and learn how to make a wall hanging or crib sized quilt. This is an easy beginner project for all ages - kids under 16 please bring an adult with you. Dr Chesney received her Doctorate in naturopathic medicine and a Masters in acupuncture from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut.
